DELIVERYTERMS / SHIPPING COSTS for AUSTRIA and FOREIGN COUNTRIES!

We use the Austrian POST for deliveries!

The order process:

1. Please fill in the form in the shopping cart and send it.
2. You will receive an automated confirmation and then a little later an extra order confirmation with all payment details (bank account / credit card link) and the exact payment amount including shipping costs.
3. Please order only if you accept our payment methods!

The payment (payment methods) can either be:

• by cash on delivery (goods + postage + COD fee - to be paid upon delivery) Only in Austria!
• by bank transfer  to our account with BIC and IBAN
• by credit card (via Payment Service Provider) only with your personal secure code!

AUSTRIA - shipping costs:

The shipping (above 18 years) takes place after we have received the prepayment by bank transfer, the credit card payment or cash on delivery payment
(the maximum value of goods is € 510, -).

Cash on delivery deliveries are only delivered to the billing address/home address of the customer. COD deliveries to another delivery address are therefore only possible by prepayment. CURRENTLY CASH ON DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE!

Normally we dispatch the goods on weekdays within 24 hours after receipt of your order/receipt of payment. The delivery time by Post is usually 1-2 business days.

The shipping costs with prepayment including insurance (max € 510, - **) are:

Shipping of bulky goods above 100cm with prepayment only!

The exact shipping costs and the payment methods will be sent to you with our email confirmation.

The payment (payment methods) can either be:

• by cash on delivery (goods + postage + COD fee - to be paid upon delivery) Only in Austria!
• by bank transfer  to our account with BIC and IBAN
• by credit card (via Payment Service Provider) only with your personal secure code!

IMPORTANT! The credit card holder must be identical to the purchaser -
Credit cards from other persons (relatives, friends, etc.) are not accepted!

** For goods with a value above 510, - Euro, the shipment can be insured on customers request, this to get the full value of the goods in case of loss!
For shipments with a value above 510, - Euro - 1,30 Euro(per 100,00 Euro value of goods) will be added to the shipping costs!

FOREIGN COUNTRIES - shipping costs:

The shipping (above 18 years) takes place after we have received the prepayment by bank transfer or credit card payment. Cash on delivery payment is not possible to foreign countries!

Normally we dispatch the goods on weekdays within 24 hours after receipt of your order/receipt of payment.
The delivery time by Post/DPD is usually 2-3 business days, but this is depending on the country.

Please note that it is not allowed to export weapon models to some countries by the Austrian Post, so we therefore recommend alternative shipping companies such as e.g. DPD.
We do not ship to the USA at the moment!
As a result of this, the shipping costs below can unfortunately change.

Egypt, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Jersey, Iceland, Israel, Kosovo, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro Norway, Russian Federation, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City, Belarus. 

Zone 3:
Canada, Cape Verde, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, United States of America.

Japan, China, South Africa.
